Be the Key to Opening the Doors to 30 Linwood Ave
When the property of 30 Linwood Avenue, in Amherst, New York, came to our attention in early January 2024, we realized that this apartment complex offered the location, price point, and community living that embodies our mission. This property will also ensure that more individuals can access their goal of living with independence, among peers, in a community, with a location that supports employment and social/emotional health and well-being. With the generosity of Angel donors and investors, we were able to procur this property in May of 2024. NOW, it is time to renovate!
Our future tenants with intellectual/developmental disabilities are so excited to live their dream of independence in an apartment community, but the renovation needs are significant. We are grateful for the opportunity to acknowledge you as a friend of our organization and an advocate of Western New York’s most vulnerable population.
